I would imagine that the Main event will be on first around 2:30am which would be 9:30pm US time

Over here, we are only getting the main event on TV  Sad  It comes on at 10:35 PM east coast time. All big televised fights in US start around 11 PM east coast time, give or take, regardless of where the fight is taking place.

So will the Cotto fight be live at 11pm EST then?

That makes it 4am BST

Remember, I said 11 pm, give or take. This one could be a little before 11pm and you wouldn't want to miss anything. The broadcast starts at 10:35, so I'm guessing the fight will start sometime between 10:35 and 11:00 pm ET (or EDT, but not EST, it's almost summer here Cheesy ) I'm looking forward to it!

Clottey has some skill but Cotto has more; Clottey has some power but Cotto has a lot. I guess that means Cotto wins.

Clottey can take more shots than Cotto.
But It will be Cotto who will throw more shots.
Its a very important fight for Cotto coz If he wins he will be back for Calculations in Superfights against Mosley,Mayweather.
He won't fight Pacman coz he won't agree to 142.

Cotto wins by stoppage late on on this on. Clottey is nails but is going to get hit by more angles than he has been before with proper ww power.

He was really struggling 3 years ago to make the LWW limit and now his body has adjusted to the WW division. He'd be badly drained at 142 so there's no point as Pac wouldn't be fighting the real Cotto.

Cotto does has skills, but judging from the Margarito fight he doesn't have much of a brain, unless his outside game dramatically improves I can't see him winning this one, Clottey gives him a beating on the inside.
