Khan by wide UD.
But should Paulie manage to stop him then I believe its curtains closed for Amir,   if he suffers a ko from a known powder puncher like Paulie I can't see no way back for him.

I personally think Amir will stop Paulie late on. Too much speed, too much power. Against Hatton, Paulie looked like he was going down everytime Ricky caught him. If Amir catches him, he'll finish him with lightening hand speed.

I think Khan will be quicker and he is definately stronger. Hasn't really got to worry about his chin unless he walks on to some stupid shots, even then I can't see Paulie stopping him.

Paulie has a soild chin so I don't see a knockout on this fight.

UD for Khan.

Amir doesnt have concussive power, Salita was just poor! Most of his stoppages are refs stepping in a la Calzaghe, I dont believe he has the power to drop or Ko Paulie!

I think it'll be a Khan win on points and one of the most boring fights you'll see.

Its amasing how people can takes Khans side and be so gullable that they believe Khan isnt ducking Maidana to fight Malignalli yet when there asked who they think will win there picking Khan by UD. Im picking Khan by UD the guy wouldnt take a fight if there was even a slight chance he could lose he opted for mr feather fists. Khan would be in a world of trouble v Maidana but the guy didnt have the bottle to prove his critics wrong.

Bloody hell mate.  I'm fine with your criticism of Khan, but let's not build Maidana up to be something he isn't.  Ortiz was frustrating him in their fight before he decided to stand and trade, Kotelnik fended him off for 12 rounds.  Maidana just isn't that good and I suspect he will get exposed like Prescott when he fights someone with the skills to keep him at bay - his chin doesn't look too hot either.

Khan will go down if he gets caught by anyone who can half-bang but let's not pretend Maidana is better than he is.

WOOOO I never said Maidana was good Huh? dunno where you got that from. Hes a banger like Prescott. A banger like all the guys Khan doesnt dare fight. Maidanas been exposed he lost to Kotelnik, Prescott was exposed too. The only question mark on Khan is can he now take those shots that Prescott knocked him out with? shots that Maidana has, unfortunately Khan doesnt have any intention of finding out.

Im going against the wave of Khan support and saying a Paulie win by UD

Khan wont be able to run away all night like he did against Kotelnik and if he does then their will be no punches thrown because Paulie wont chase him, Paulie has the edge in expirience and qaulity of opposition here and it seems all that is thrown out the window.
Paulie is as fast as Khan and although im not doubting he hits harder i dont believe at all that he hits as hard as some might think, he has not knocked out or even faced any opposition on Paulies level and even Ricky who ceratinly hit harder than Khan does struggled with the KO's post Tszyu (step up in class).
I think Paulie has every right to go into this fight confident and if he does then its a 50/50 fight for me, Freddie can only tell Amir what to do just like he can with Manny its the fighters skills and guts that have to carry it out.
If its a close decision i expect Paulie to get it to being the hometown boy.

The way you speak about Khan and his intentions, you'd think that you had a direct line to him.  Now presuming you don't, cut the guy some slack and see where he goes from here.  Salita was his mandatory, Malignaggi is his voluntary defence - you shouldn't have to fight two mandatories on the trot anyway.

Aaron, normally I agree with you, but Khan is now promoted by GBP and they did the dirty on Paulie before in the first Diaz fight and GBP will want to promote Amir to get another big British fan base over.

I think all the odds are against Paulie, regardless if it looks like he's won.

If it was any other fight, though, I'd agree.

Dude there is a huge difference between backing someone and who we think is going to win.
