I agree, it is 50/50ish on the day, Liverpool should have won it easier and Cardiff gave a good account of themselves, the penalties were ridiculous, Charlie Adams would have never lived that down if they had lost. Good final though for the neutral. The one thing I found strange were a couple of players getting cramp in the 90 minutes, bizarre |

Is it just or does anyone else feel, when a left footed player takes a pen I get nervous as more often than not they miss!

Well I definitely see that as a personal kick in the teeth for Steven Gerrard at England level. Steven Gerrard 90 England games and an illustrious club career at the top level, snubbed as captain. Scott Parker 11 games and 2 decent years in a long average at best career named captain.
I would be giving my euro participation some serious thought if I was him.
