We don't shop at Harrods any more that's for sure! I'm hoping the coming floatation on the U.S. stock exchange will pay off most (if not all) of the Glazer debt, to free up funds to buy some proven players.

I heard somewhere that they will raise 100 million dollars, what percentage of the debt is that?

the total debt is about 450 mil so 100 mil is not enough. A lot of people are saying they have no idea what it will raise but the 100 mil is a conservative estimate that they have put in the documentation, to save face in case it flops on the xchange

Be very worried that everything in the flotation is tied to a ltd holding company In the cayman islands. It all sounds very familiar to us Liverpool fans.

Exactly why I'm not laughing at United fans, I know what it felt like

I think the difference is the Glazers want it to work and are at least a cohesive family whereas the Cowboys running us hated each other and were prepared to run us into the ground

You missed out Spearing  Grin

Sterling looks like a young SWP but will a better finish.

Borini is a big gamble for that sort of money, and I don't see Dempsey making much impact to improve your league position.

Spearing will stay as we have no cover for Lucas, fortunately for him!!

Dempsey scored 23 goals last year, I'd take half of that!  Cheesy

I know F*ck all about Borini apart from a single YouTube vid  Cheesy

On the contrary, Liverpool haven't had a goal scoring threat from midfield in over 2 years. Gerrard can't play that role well anymore Dempsey is hitting his prime and scoring goals. He can play as a striker also or wide in a front 3.

 Borini?Huh?Huh?

Rangers will walk their way through the divisions back upto the premier league. The money their fans take to tinpot grounds will keep them clubs going but its whether the sponsors will stick round long enough to keep the top flight clubs going.

About time a football club went this way - serves them right for irresponsible owners. Nothing against Rangers but hopefully this will be a wake up call to other clubs not to live above their means
