Wont happen. Only a hype up to link him with a name.

Valuev has health issues at the moment i heard and wont be fighting for a while or ever.

Besides if it does happen there is no reason Chisora doesnt beat him. He really isnt that good in any way. If anything his size makes him worse.

Cant see Valuev in the ring again if the health issues are as serious as they look.

I think he has bone and joint issues as a result of his growth condition (being fookiin massive). Most guys that size have limited mobility, he has done well to last as long as he has as a fighter imo.
Wasnt an entertaining fighter but is a really nice fella from interviews ive seen.

http://beatsboxingmayhem.wordpress.com/2010/08/23/shoulder-hand-surgery-threatens-career-of-nikolai-valuev/

Former WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev will be out of the ring for an indefinitely following September surgeries on both his left shoulder and right hand.

Valuev has not fought since losing his title to David Haye in November 2009. His physician Walter Wager informed the German news outlet Blid that Valuev has already suffered significant bone damage that will keep him from any ring action for at least six months.

“He can’t train for half a year, Nikolai’s joints and bones are already damaged,” he detailed. “We will see in 2011. His health is what counts.”

For the past two months, Valuev has been in a war of words with Vitali Klitschko following the collapse of their contract talks. Klitschko has painted Valuev as being afraid after the Russian giant reportedly turned down a $1.5 million purse. Valuev countered that he agreed to the contract but Klitschko refused to supply 50 arena tickets (15 ringside, 35 through the venue) for his team.

Valuev is 37 years old with a record of 50-2, 34 KOs. He is ranked in the Top 10 of every world title organization.

Not a good fight for Chisora anyway.  He needs more experience before mixing with such freakishly big opponents.

I'd like to see him clean up the domestic and European scene first, which would take about 10 fights and would show us what he's made of if he can do it.  Then he'll be a much sharper prospect.

People tend to forget he has only been boxing for 7 or so years.

Chisora is evidently talented, has his head on right at the moment (comments like "champions are made in the gym, so I train every day") but he is a long way away from the finished article and is very unproven right now.  Sam Sexton was hardly a world beater.
