Alright guys, I was meant to post this last week when fight was announced and every1 was booking up, however it took me a while to get authorised on livefight.

I have booked flights with Ryanair from London Stensted to Bremen, all in inc admin fees etc £40

There is then a bus you can get straight from Bremen to Hmburg Centre on http://www.bus2fly.de/en/

However to be honest I think i will just get the tram from Bremen airport to Bremen centre (Tram Line 6) and then get a train from Bremen to Hamburg.

There are two trains every hour to Hamburg. Train tickets can be quite expensive and the cheapest way to travel is to share a group ticket with other people. There is a special ticket called the "Niedersachsen Ticket" which offers unlimited travel by regional trains inside Lower Saxony area, up to Bremen and Hamburg in one day. This ticket is not valid in high speed trains (D, EC, IC, ICE) so make sure you board the right trains (RE, RB, S-Bahn, Metronom) when using this ticket. It is valid from 9am to 3am the following day during weekdays and the whole day on weekends. There are two types of tickets, the group ticket (up to 5 people, €28) and the single ticket (€20). These tickets are also valid inside public transport network in some of the cities (Hanover, Hamburg, Bremen and Brunswick)

Hope this helps anyone who hasnt yet booked up or worried about travel around Germany

This is good news imo , hate the way theres no allocation for certain fights they just appear on say ticketmaster.com totally unannounced.

Still poor though , there is never any information regarding most fighters tickets even when there away and they know fans will have to pay for travel and stay they still dont try and give the real fans a heads up so they can get a ticket . Tend to find out the day before there going on sale , expecting everyone to have money waiting as the flights and hotels all tend to change once the tickets start selling.

Oh and even then theres what a 20% chance that fight wont take place ,leaving the fan to quote the famous words "i wanted to go there anyway"

The new Haye-Klitschko row is over ticket allocation, but Haye's trainer Adam Booth has assured BBC Sport the fight is not in jeopardy..

Im quoting Bermondsey Boy from another thread:

Adam Booth is claiming that the press conference in Germany which was scheduled for today would give the German fans an extra 24 hours to buy tickets.

Why the bloody hell should Ze Germans get an extra 24 hours to buy tickets over anyone else?  Tickets should all go on sale at the same time.  Us foreigners are already having to fork out travel costs/hotels etc,  if they get an extra 24 hours,  then it will only play into the hands of touts who will look at fleecing us all.

We have spent Billions on hosting the Olympics, but we dont get any higher chance or any set allocation of tickets for UK fans only.  I know Booth isnt a popular figure on here, but if this story is true, then I fully back him in this arguement.

Haye has been advising people to register on http://www.eventim.de/ for probably a week or so now. That's a German site so I'm fairly sure they can't be selling the tickets to Germans only if that's the site to go to and it's being plugged in advance. Wouldn't it be a free for all basically?

He has been advising to register on the British site. The german site has an actual link on it's front page to register interest for the fight. The British sight has nothing, if you type in David Haye you can register but says nothing about the fight.

I wonder if the Germans will get a heads up email before the Brits !?!,

Isn't that the fault of Haye then if he's directing people to the wrong place? There's a link on the home page of the German site to register your email for a ticket alert. It's in German but it doesn't make a difference where you register as long as you get a ticket does it?

I don't know if there's a discrepency in the tickets from either site but Haye and Booth should be nailing down issues like this well in advance i..e the release of tickets etc.... to make sure the fans get a fair chance and are correctly informed.

Maybe I have heard to many bin laden conspiracy theories today but it looks strange to me !!

Strange in what way? You've nothing to lose by registering on both the English and German sites. Google translate does wonders if you're sceptial. Grin

Haye/Booth should be sorting out a format for his fans to buy tickets the same as everyone else. It's never been a priority of his though.
