Agree but cant see it , our next gen mma fighters may be good at wrestling but i can't see it in hardy . Heard dana white go on about how good the boxing is from our guys but the ground game sucks and theres a few in his weight class with ground games hes never likely to learn
This is the perfect fight though if made as lytle is a excellent bench mark but at the same time someone who if you want to be part of ufc for a while you should be expecting to beat and if he cant i wouldnt gripe at him being cut.
If hardly learns takedown defence id like his chances but if not then he simply wont have taken his opportunites and lytle will beat him by using his much better all round game.
He needs to put all his efforts into learning some wrestling skills. I hear he is moving to LV to do just this and learn from the best.
I love the guy and think he's very exciting to watch, which is why the UFC won't get rid of him just yet.
If he can improve on wrestling, he could upset quite a few people.
