Hello fights fans.I just came back from Meldrick Taylor's site and his New Book  titled 2 SECONDS FROM GLORY is now out.
Its yet to Hit Book stores here in Oz,but its available in other Countries.I'm just wondering if anyone has checked it out yet.
Those who have read it,are saying it is a very powerful book that pulls no punches on the colorful career of Meldrick Taylor and his sudden drop .
The main topic will be that Unforgatable fight against a PRIME CHAVEZ that will be talked about and debated for ever.That fight is even more controversial than the Gene Tunney long 8 count.
Meldrick Taylor was something special and its sad what happened to him and his health.But today he's a happy man getting on with life after Boxing and still carries the emotional scars of that Chavez fight.
I can't wait to get my hands on that Book and they are planning on maing a Movie based on that Drama packed fight.
