Anyone go to this then?

I know Laney did but didn't see him..

Went with a Pal First thing Sat morning, no tent, no battery on phone. lost him after about 25 minutes of getting in there and didn't see him again.

Spent the weekend rolling round fields with Platty (no Homo).

Primal Scream were booming.

£180 taxi home on the Sunday as got interviews today..

Awesome weekend  Cool

Mate rung tonight, said it was w*nk, full of chavs who aint never been a festival and never going again (?)

Said they had a Kit Kat Chunky stage, a Glade plug-in Stage and a Pot Noodle sponsored tent !

I called him a festival snob. But being honest, thats corporate sponsorship gone too far ! a cider or a cigarette brand tent i can understand but Glade Plug-ins and Kit Kat Chunky drum and base stage  Cheesy

I just knew them as main stage and not main stage. Couple of blue tents and a bar. Didn't buy a program as I decided to just go with the flow. Couldn't give a shit who's sponsors them as long as it's pumping.

Yes V is a commercial festival, they had eminem as the main act so thats a give away its owned by BRanson ffs. Hate these  C**ts who just turn up n moan. If you don't like it don't but the ticket.

Take a set of decks a generator a field  and go have your own  Smiley

I'll probably do V again next year as it's a good crack if it doesn't rain.

I thought it was average, got much worse when faulks turned up...I mean why would someone leave you after 25mins? Anyway, we made it work but only because I was a festival guide. At Leeds fest 2moz so hopefully these panic attacks will stop...
