MEBS loves input into the show from Boxing fans and as you will know we have studio guests and phone interviews each week on the show.

If members would like to put forward any questions they may have for our guests then please  do and we will give you a mention on the show too.

At times it may not be possible to ask all questions put forward due to time and I apoligise in advance for any that don't make it in.

Our studio guests for the next show include Journo Steve Lillis and Nathan Cleverly. Cheers Barks

Is frankie gavin a future star or wasted talent ? drop to 140 key to his short term future or has there been problems they have been keeping quiet.?

Sorry if its a poor question but gavins last 2 fights have seemed a long way off his previous fights but the standard of fighter hasnt really gone enough to say hes too immature for the level.

Time and time again I hear how fit our fighters are compared to fighters stateside (not the elite but at ground level), do you think that too much emphasis is placed on fitness over here and technical skills are neglected as a result?

Good question Johnny when the topic of Frankie comes up next ill drop it in, I know Frankie had problems with finding out his son wasnt his etc which would be a distraction!

Another good question too Gibbo I will talk to Steve about that this week on the show and find out his thoughts!

To George Groves;

You and your then camp said James Degale could forget a rematch anytime soon but now a your signed with Frank ****** there seems to be alot of nosie coming out about the rematch happening sooner rather than later, what is your current take on the situation?

Carl Froch goes into the final of the S6 as the underdog and with some UK bookies a long shot in a 2 horse race.
Has the media been sucked into another US hype machine in Andre Ward, or is the guy the real deal and a deserved odds on fav?
As Nathan Clev is on you could also ask him how he thinks his fellow country man Joe Calzaghe would have faired in the S6 had the possibility arisen 3 or 4 years ago.

Ask GG what it was like to ruin chunky  Grin

What are his thoughts on DeGale getting a euro title shot even though he lost the fight against you, and was a euro title shot ever in his plans before Frank got James the shot.

No sh*t it would be a distraction.

I remember how he was made up about the kid, to then find out it's not yours... well, i cant begin to imagine how heartbreaking that is.

To GG:

You seemed to improve massively for the degale fight, did you recognise your own weaknesses prior to the fight (Open defence, too eager to engage etc) and improve them accordingly or was it the fact degale was in the opposite corner that just raised your game all round?

Do you feel quality sparring payed a big role in your win over degale? What was it like sparring Andre Dirrel

Also mate, will you personally thank GG from a few of us on here for giving us one of the best nights of boxing we've seen in person.  The buzz and awesome feeling after the fight and when the result was announced was something i'll never forget.
