Ha ha cheers, yeah I know I am trying my best! annoys me too

i used to do it all the time when i interviewed ricky for his website, it will come with time, i found the reason i was doing stuff like that was that i was often half thinking about the next question and not really listening to the answer he was giving and it sort of left me a little bit lost with where I was and what i was asking next.
Not sure if this is what happens with you and im certainly no expert but id say just think of the questions u need to ask, bullet point them and then just go with the flow of having a conversation then at the end or throughout just check your bullet points and it will look more natural.
Or you could simply tell me to eff off lol
