Actually really looking forward to watching this fight. I'm picking Brock to take him down & TKO Overeem..
Also can't wait to see Ross Pearson make his debut at Featherweight, I think this will be a better weight division for him.
Main Card: Featherweight bout: Nam Phan vs. Jimy Hettes Light Heavyweight bout: Vladimir Matyushenko vs. Alexander Gustafsson Welterweight bout: Jon Fitch vs. Johny Hendricks Lightweight bout: Nate Diaz vs. Donald Cerrone Heavyweight bout: Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem

Brock needs this fight on the ground i dont think he got a hope in hell standing up with Overeem who is very mobile for a big lad and a quailty kick boxer.
Is Ross on the prelims?

Yeh he's the last off the prelims before main card. Brock will do like he always does, try and shoot for the take down and ground & pound Overeem, which is what I think he'll do with ease. He best not stand on his feet to long as he will be seeing stars! Diaz v Cerrone (tomatron) is a great fight! I'm picking Cerrone to edge out a decision on this.

He did for a couple of fights sevens but he wasn't big enough for the weight. moved back down again & looked great against Gomi.

Anyone been slightly dissappointed with Pearson in his UFC career? I am probably being a bit tough on the lad, but i thought he might be further on by now. He has been in some good fights, just hoping step down in weight might help hes never been the biggest at Lightweight. I notice from his record that he fought Spencer Fisher who is a good fighter and won, anybody catch it?

I thought he would've moved on quicker than he has. Though saying that he's been in with some top fighters. When he fought Cole Miller I know he was injured going into that fight. And he lost a close fight to Barboza last time out, who will go onto big things. I like his move down in weight and hopefully will suit him better! i watched the Fisher fight & Ross looked very good with his striking & take downs.

never knew overeem was british ?
i think as soon as he starts hitting lesnar he turtles up and gets stopped brock is a front runner can only steam roll when he gets momentum.

As always I will revert to the analyzing skills of Chael Sonnen for an opinion on this
I know its not about the same fight but still funny.
