My leg is still injured but have kept my weight under control just by eating little and often. Staying between 11 and 11 and a half stone.

I was going well, massively cut down on alcohol and doing a bit of training, started losing weight, got a stone and a bit off, the a week and a half ago slipped over like a twat and landed on a dinner plate which smashed and embedded into my kneecap, 20 stitches later...stitches out on Wednesday but I reckon another 2 weeks before any training, bugger!!

Why do u have dinner plates on the floor?!

I knew someone was going to ask, it was actually a side plate, my toast/breakfast had previously been on it 30 minutes before and I was coming out of my bathroom into my bedroom, I wish I cleaned up quicker, hindsight is a wonderful thing

Suffered a subluxation of my shoulder a few months ago where it pops out of the socket but goes back in so not a full dislocation and i'd been having days where it's painful and days where im fine but the days after the gym my arm used to be agony and being a wheelchair user that wasn't any good as i could hardly push the chair so took a trip to the doctor who put me on to a physio so i've been doing the exercizes he told me and it's feeling better than it was.
