Not  been updated for a week or so

So.....

Ran 20 mins none stop yesterday compared to 2 mins and a minute break when I started and also lifted 3 s x10 sets of 35Kg on the bench press. Now that might not seem a lot to anyone who is fit but it's massive to me. I've a new back, a new neck and 3 x ankle ops later!!!

Really pleased as it's only been a month and a half

I've probably still only lost a stone but definitely gained more strength and mass and am a lot fitter (and lost inches too)

I've switched from low carbs to calorie counting because to be honest I was getting bored and getting tempted to 'cheat' anyway

Anyone else kept up with it or pleased with results etc?

Good work mate, 35kgs is a decent amount considering. I'm the laziest I've been in a long time. No gym since Dec and eating whatever I want and in pub all the time. Various excuses but don't care lately! Will try and get in to a good routine again in March as I was in good shape in the summer, until I met a girl!

Did my first gym session 2 days ago, shoulders back and triceps. And then a little jog.

Going to ease into 2 sessions a week and maybe mix a jog in, here and there.

Difficult with a baby , a 4-year old and working full time.

Badly pissed off, fed up of hospitals / operations etc

I'm in a hospital bed again, left knee ballooned and I thought it was my cruciate that had popped again after the gym then my right ankle (ops on it last year) ballooned up and I thought it was because I was protecting my left knee and then my right knee joined in and now I can't f***ing walk, feel terrible too

Loads of bloods taken etc but I am in some shitty pain, so much for being healthy

Made a NYE resolution not to have an op or see the inside of an hospital and it's not even taken 2 months

No scan yet, X-rays of chest, ankle and both knees, couldn't even stand for the chest X-ray without support, I've had some stuff wrong with me but this, the onset of it and the pain is by far the most severe and strangest

Good old NHS too so practically had to beg for decent painkillers

I'm on a cardiac ward and I'm hoping it's down to a lack of beds elsewhere rather than anything they've seen in the chest X-ray or bloods!

Pain in the arse, had a major customer build on today in Crewe to try and meet some deadlines  Undecided

Sorry to hear that mate, sure it's nothing serious.
Keep your chin up and get back on the wine when you get out! Best painkiller going.
