Great mate thanks. Took the Amp to Sky box HDMI connection out and hey presto the Dolby Digital via the toslink magically appeared after I changed the setting on the Sky menu to Dolby D.
One of the setting pages is "intellivolume" or something - i set that to +12db as it lets you use the full power of your amp.
Also i pitched up the speaker levels +4dB and the centre +5db for louder dialogue.
Set the speaker sizes to small, with cut-off at 80hz (so they dont get fed with lots of low bass) and set the subwoofer to 85hz (so it kicks in just above handles all that and below).
Forget the audyssey mic auto-set up. There isnt one person ive read, which the mic did a proper job on. It's bollocks and nobody uses it.
