Magennis started swinging and threw the first punch Tuson is hardly not going to defend himself. Mossop dropped him as he tried one at him. Tuson was unlucky to be sent off I don't think he did anything wrong. As for Hock he reacted when McCarthy Scarsbrook clipped his head in scrum a over reaction and you can't complain about him going. The ref bottled it though its a derby game ffs sending 3 off was embarrassing. If the ref wanted to be fair Wilkin should have had 10 mins for 3 swinging arms in last 15 mins but I didn't see the Wigan lads bitching to the ref.

The ref takes serious action and it's bottling it? Putting the incident on report is bottling it.
Shame that the shit bit is the main talking point of what was an awesome weekend..

Why Tuson pushed Mageenis away from the fracas that was brewing and he threw a punch at him as he was turning away from him. He then went wading into him and started swinging and missing but then Mossop threw one at him and he fell on the floor. Magennis had no need to start anything and for it he will get 3 games and the embarrassement of getting dropped. We can talk about the fracas but the real talking point is the game. Wigan dominated Saints so easily it was almost embarrassing to watch. Saints can't handle Wigan's best players and if Charnley had kicked them goals the score would have been far worse. You can say what you want but Wigan get up for big games and know how to punch holes in defences. Hock and Tomkins split Saints defence so many times those Saints kids like Wheeler and Lomax will have cold sweats for months after looking at the tape.

No other SL game as seen 3 players sent off in a single incident in 16 years. Go on youtube there must be 10 incidents far worse than that some didn't even get a sin bin. Terry Newton dropping Wilkin at Knowsley Road and Farrell and Jimmy Lowes at the JJB where there was mass riots with 10 players scrapping. If this was the NRL it wouldn't see mass sendings off. The only players who should have got 10 mins was Hock and Magennis.

I never mentioned anyone but Mossop mate who threw the biggest shithouse dig in years, I'm hardly biased either way, just saying what I saw

No. Mossop stays right out of it, Magennis is scrapping with Tuson and Mossop walks in snidely and throws a punch dropping Magennis who hadn't even been fighting with him, then walks right back out I watched it in slo mo cos I thought it was O'Loughlin at first Suppose we might see it in a different way

Magennis then wades into where the Wigan players are and starts windmilling and Mossop lands one back at him. Tuson got sent off for retaliating and throwing punches. Magennis had no need to start anything he is a shit house and got himself showed up. Why was Wellens bitching to the ref after every Wigan try even ref got tired after it. He was at fault for the Hock try instead of bitching he should get on tackle bag this week.

Not sure what all the fuss is. It was a scuffle more than anything.

I agree 3 players sent off was a over reaction. The fact is Hock and Mossop have been charged with a grade B offence which is 1-2 games and Tuson a C which is a 2-3 game suspension. Magennis as been charged with a grade D offence which is 3-5 games a sending off for him and a quiet word is sufficient for a young player probably charged up because its a derby game. The ref was poor he lacked experience I thought Thaler was quite a good ref beforehand but I think he paniced and kept on relying on the touch judges accounts of what happened so he could deal with it. I wouldn't mind though he was not 10 feet from the action and could have seen everything himself but was asking the touch judge 50 yards away to base his decision. Just watching the super league show on bbc1 as anyone seen Wilkin's eye looks like someone as cracked him hard

Just watched it and here's how I would have dealt with it as a ref.
Hock should of got binned at best. The only two that should have seen red where Magennis for hitting Tusson when he wasn't looking and Mossop for coming in late hitting Magennis.
Possibly O'loughlin would have got a 1 game retrospective ban for hitting Magennis why Tusson was going at him.
