Boxnation just tweeted it. They have been overloaded with subscription requests and can't handle them.

So if you have Sky, you can watch the fight free tonight.

Only Sky, not Virgin.

Hahahahaha

I've known for a good hour that it's free but it's even more funnier when its worded how you've worded it.

...AND THE NEW!!!

« Reply #7 on: February 19, 2012, 10:56:16 AM »

so there we were watching the free pre-fight build up and undercards at my m8s, the commentary constantly reminding us that at 9.30 the feed would be encrypted and we would have to pay the sub to carry on watchiung

after 9.30 came and went we put it down to the delays in hand wrapping as to why we were sstill watching

the walk ins started, again we thought they must be really plugging the fight to maximise buys before switching the feed

....

boxers touch gloves before the fight....surely any second now??

....

ding, round 1....every1 is still watching and....nothing.,...the fight starts

we end up watching the entire feed free Huh? was this planned or was it a cock up on their part?

Definitely. 1 month subscription credited to your account or something would seem fair to me

Probably be August or something when theres no fights on anyway.

Joking aside people deserve a refund, as everyone else got it for free.

I think it would be easiest for Boxnation to just give subscribers a free month but as you say, there will be bugger on for it I bet!

Definite refund for them though.

Not their fault, sky's fault.

What's skys fault? BN were blaming it on the pay wizard system not being able to handle the demand.

I've emailed them asking if we will be compensated because we've been basically worse off for subscribing than if we hadn't. If they don't do anything my payments getting cancelled simple as.
