who's watched the povetkin-huck fight?

imo povetkin is getting away with murder. the ref is breakin them everytime huck lands, povetkin is hugging and ducking below the waist all the time and this ref needs shooting.

Huck landing really good right hands but never being allowed chance to follow up because povetkin kept ducking below the waist. Povetkin looked bollocksed from round 5.

Hope Huck has this

Thought gavin looked brilliant. Great anticipation, great range and beautiful accuracy. Hope he can kick on from this.

I don't normally agree with buncey but I think Gavin can be in with witter, lynes, etc in the next 6-12 months.

That heavyweight fight is the best fight I've seen in such a long time German fights are normally poor but that was utterly brilliant.

I thought Huck won that. And you're right Povetkin was saved from combinations on several occasions. I think that if the ref had let the action go or penalised Povetkin for holding then Huck would have stopped him.

Totally agree personally I felt Huck won it Povetkin should have been warned for ducking. Utterly brilliant fight bet Povetkins jaw hurts.

Mccallister was a joke, getting his arse kicked and acting cockey. I was hoping that Russian would knock him out after all that shit, Maloney should be fuming with him.

What time are we to expect Broner in the ring?

It was a cracking atmosphere before the fight too. But McCallister did not look good! The amount of times he was just stood there flat footed not moving at all was amazing. I've not seen many boxers just stand there motionless before. Poor showing

Good showing by Alexander don't know how much of a force he will be at WW but the division certainly is no worse for him being there. He needs to face a Berto, Jones or Brook to see how much he as in the tank but I think he could compete with most fighters on his day. Maidana for all the love he gets is just so one dimensional and doesn't posses much skill and Alexander boxed rings round him.

the scores are now all up on the blog , i managed to get sky tv , hbo , spam , steve kim , gab montoya , ring magazine , boxingnews mag , boxingtruth radio , numerous boxing sites and fans forums to supply scores for me this week.

everybody had cleverly a shutout , the alexander fight had scores ranging from 100-89 to 98-92 , it was a clear victory for alexander

cheers to anyone that put a score in the threads over the weekend
