My ATV2 turns up tomorrow as well!
Send it back, Internet purchases have a 14 day cooling off.

Apparently the Graphics are on par with Xbox and PS3.
Shame theres no plug in joystick, games or online community.

I use an Xbox ! Its well known PC's have better graphics than consoles too, it's not a recipe for success though. Some of the greatest games ever made don't have the greatest graphics. But the means of control is a big fail on any touch screen device, apple or android. On the Xbox I'm using 2 joysticks, around 8 buttons at any one moment on COD. Eve the joystick is a button when you press it down. They should make one. Or forget hardcore gaming. Personally I'd love them to.

And it's not like Apple are generally shy about making very expensive accessories!

Use my ipad2 for browsing and watching sky / movies scarted to the TV. Its already sharp as hell and never stalls.
The retina scan thing sounds interesting, but like SIRI on my IPHONE4S.......it would hardly ever be used.
I dont think the IPAD 3 or HD (whatever its officially named) offers that much more thhan the ipad2 (to the general users out there).

7 working days after delivery is the minimum. Depends on whether they have given you your cancellation rights in writing though as they are meant to though as if not the period can be longer. Quote the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 if they tell you you can't return it if you they won't let you return it and you have contacted them in time. Give me a shout if you need any more info, etc.

They are unresponsive and it doesn't allow you to feel the game so to speak.

Not impressed with it. They have made minor changes. The only thing of note is the new 4G tech. Hardly worth launching an whole new device. I am a big fan of Apple but they keep selling minor upgrades like it is the next big thing. They also releasing too many devices too quickly. This will quickly saturate the market!

Maybe but ive been wanting one for ages and as the ipad2 was good enough for me the new ipad is even better. The screen appears to be amazing and i dont think you will be able to truly appreciate it until you see it. Iphone 3GS to Iphone 4 screen was a massive difference so on this bigger scale it will be much more. Im not sure how this can be seen as a minor change. The screen has had a massive upgrade, the processor has been upgraded and the camera improved. People will argue well yeh its only now 5 mega pixels, but its the quality that counts, some tablets with more mega pixels will deliver an inferior qaulity image. Not trying to be a nob asking this mate but out of interest what changes would you have wanted to have seen on the new tablet that wouldnt have been considered minor. The form factor is by far the best looking on the market so i guess they have said why change what is already a great looking well built product.

You're not wrong mate. Agreed iPad is an awesome device but the upgraded models are just being churned out too quick. For me it just isn't worth releasing a new model this quick with no more than token changes IMO. That being said if someone gifted me one i wouldnt say no

I have an Ipad2.
Excellent piece of kit - but the 3 doesn't warrant enough for me to buy it.
The browser, music, albums and apps aren't going to change.
So in essence your right Havoc. However if you ain't got one Gibbo i'd get on it.
