Why he didn't move up after the whole making weight for the Murray fight farce is beyond me.  His body obviously isn't able to get down to 135 anymore.

Get up to 140 where fights with Maidana, Matthysse and Marquez can be made!

Just heard this too.

I said a few months ago that i'm concerned this was at 135 lbs again and rightly so.

Is this fight still going ahead?

Aye.

Just a fine I'd imagine.

He's knowingly cheating in my eyes.

Without his massive weight advantage he's nothing and I think he knows it.

Rios has to move up in weight after this fight but will lose all his main attributes in the process. He relies heavily on bullying his apponents, walking them down and breaking their heart and i just dont see him doing that at 140.I couldnt see him beating Khan,Peterson,Bradley or even Judah for that matter.I love his personality and have become a fan of his but he will struggle big time at light Welter.

Gamboa is vindicated for turning down a fight against an opponent who comes in overweight for a Championship fight.
Bob Arum must be pleased with his efforts.

Ah f**k sake.

This is twice now, unacceptable altogether and I'm a big fan.

Can't help to think about Hatton here when he used to balloon to 14 stone between fights and still get down to 10st 3/4?

Surely Rios can do it?

I think if he did move up to light welter he would not be as half a good fighter.

He is a big man that boils right down for the weight and power advantage.

If he went in at Light Welter think it would be telling but we will see...

Looking forward to the fight anyway.
