and chisora is such a nice boy as well.

i understand why people hate haye but to support chisora because he is fighting haye is ridiculous, he is a complete tool as well.

I dont hate him.  He just talks to much sh1t for my liking, fckin constant sh1te/trash comes out his mouth.

Forget about the past (apart from what happened at the press confrence after Dereks last fight) and watch them two vids you posted (again) and tell me the truth.........Haye comes across as a first class tosser.

If Derek was fighting D Price or T Fury ..even Rogan i would probably support them instead of Derek (i am warming two Derek TBH )..........IMO Haye does himself no favours with that vid.

Only as ridiculous as supporting Haye becase he is fighting Dereck though, neither of these are saints so to support any for fighting the other is bad either way you look at it.

Hopefully they knock seven bells out of each other and the winner can be content at being the 3rd or 4th best in the worst HW division in many years.

I get what you mean mate but people picking in a fight is only natural, almost any fight people watch by the end they usually have a guy they want to win, I do anyhow.

Dear oh dear,
what a way to go about undermining a very very good boxing website and forum. This fight' is a waste of time, has no value, shouldnt be happening, in a rubbish venue, will be full of pillocks & football fans' etc etc etc. Lets get real , this thread is on its 9th page on a fight that was announced yesterday ; when did that last happen? possibly the old Hatton website ?? All the football fans will be out; yes probably, but so what, just beacuse it's not a wednesday night at the York Hall all the 'afficienados' are now above watching a stadium fight. Stadiums are poor venues ; well possibly , but apart from getting wet going in and out, and the fight being average, Hamburg provided quite a venue last summer for about £50 . I also remember about 20,000 people walking around Vegas in Dec 09 without tickets who would have liked a stadium venue.
yes, there are lots of questions about whether this fight should be happening, and the merits of both fighters, but watch the publicity over the next few weeks, that cant be a bad thing for boxing in general, and also for those of us who are boxing fans, but ( and take a deep breath) are football fans as well.
Lets enjoy the fact that our sport will get attention ( good and bad) and we dont waste our time worrying about fights that may never happen, and enjoy those that do.

Mate if you think this thread is bad get over to the Manny Floyd threads  Grin

Its a forum where people DEBATE !! Its not undermining the forum to have an opinion negative about this fight !! I can see exactly why people may not be positive about it.

There will be Dickheads/chavs who think they are Danny Dyer at the fight, it is a shit venue, it is a nightmare to get too and from, the fighters are clowns, It will have people singing that wank bubbles song, it will prob be over in two rounds and the tickets are expensive, i agree with all of that !!

But i tell you what i think its great and im going without a doubt !!!  Grin

Well, its confirmed then. Im not going to lie these two clowns should provide a cracking fight for as long as it lasts, i would say no more than 6 rounds on that matter. If i can i will try and watch the fight live if not then i will definately watch the repeat. I don't particular like any of them after their recent fights with the Klitschko's but it should be some of the best heavyweight action we have seen for quite a while.

Although, i am one of the few who hopes that the Burns vs Mitchell fight is not on the bill as it will be second fiddle by a long mile as far as promoting the card and i don't think this fight deserves that.

I do agree with quite a few posters on here though that this fight is perfect for David Haye and that chisora is made for him, His speed should win him the fight quite early. Thinking about it though i don't recall Chisora being seriously rocked and thats including Vitali. I wouldn't write off a disqualification either

Any news on burns vs Mitchell being on this bill? I'd have to bite the bullet if it is.

I don't see how people have come to the conclusion that Haye is likely to have Chisora out of there early to mid-fight. Based on what?

If BBoBC threat to withdraw licences of everyone involved with this, no way will FW lose his fighters too. He'll keep as many non-UK people off the card so as they are not affected IMO.

Plus Burns/Mitchell will sell tickets on it's own.

If Adam Booth is there as a trainer for Haye, I wonder how that will affect him working with George Groves if his licence is also withdrawn?

Jaimie77, I take your point, and all up for a good debate, I just get frustrated by the negativity. I'm not saying its the perfect fight or match, but as I said we should enjoy it rather than wait for Manny/Floyd which may never happen.
Anyway, as you say , looking forward to it; as long as it doesn't get cancelled!!

Pretty much the same way they deduced he would "Smash" Wlad to pieces! Grin
