I thought it was only me who had noticed that these words were not those of ****** himself!  Most certainly this response has been carefully prepared by the legal boys.  It has valid points, until you look a little deeper into the track record of the Luxembourg Board.  Whatever else, Fwank's main intent is to circumvent the BBBoC and you can hardly expect them to take it lying down.  As someone who doesn't give a fig for this soap opera of a fight, I just sit back with a wry smile and watch the developments really.  I'm certainly not sure yet where all this will end up.  And I just fear that Fwank's pockets will be lined without the fight even going ahead!  Watch this space

Much respect BUT....you're one of the same few people in every thread telling us you don't care for the fight

Do you see the irony in that  Cheesy

He's right and lets face it it was a scuffle at a press conference not great but you see much worse in the town on a Saturday night. Personally if the bill all comes off it will be a cracking night of boxing. We need summer shows in boxing to get the casual fan interested and up the profile of the sport.

Can't argue with his response.

But does it make it right?

Only a few weeks ago, he declared it was bad for boxing what happened in Munich and he'd 'never promote a fight between them'

I don't think he is promoting it. Isn't it being promoted by sauerland

You and a few others on here are just hedging your bets doom mongering saying watch this space etc so you can say smuggly I told you so if it doesnt come off !! If it does come off you will say the fight is a farce !! You will then proceed to watch it of course and then jump on it if it's a crap fight and gloat some more Smiley

If its a good fight you will go on to say it was a disgrace it was on, you hate the two fighters and you were not remotely interested in the fight anyway  Smiley

Wooohooo, c'mon now, calm down, precious.  I was just saying!  I thought this was a forum about boxing, where folk give an opinion?  To set the record straight, you won't find me being in the least bit smug whatever happens to this fight, other than perhaps in jest between buddies.  I'd actually never like to see someone out of pocket because of a Fwank masterclass.  Why's everbody so touchy all of a sudden?   Huh?
