Floyd is comfortably ahead but the US commentary is sickeningly biased in his favour.
Fully agree Had it even going into 12. Floyd by 1 round for me

Congratulations to Mayweather, people wanted to see him spill blood and sweat and that's what happened! Critics couldn't have asked for more. For once, he was involved in an entertaining fight. Forget Alvarez, bring on Martinez. Alvarez doesn't interest me.

I had 9 rounds Mayweather, 2 for Cotto, and one could have gone either way. So, I thought the scorecards were spot on. Fights went pretty much as I expected tonight, wide UD's. But credit to Cotto and Mosely for giving it their all.

118 - 110 on my card Anybody else see the left side of Cotto's face as he left the ring? completely smashed up by those lead rights and whipping right hooks

Not even Floyd's harshest critic could have a go at him for tonight. He was class and against another top fighter.

Anyone think that Floyd stood off Cotto toward the end of the final round when he was banging away and Cotto rocked a bit? I reckon he could have gone in for the kill at that point.

I had Mayweather winning 9 rounds and Cotto getting 3. Cotto showed up and eventhough he got outclassed, he gave his all and made it an entertaining fight.

Mayweather started to feel the pace around round 7 he started to slow down then round 10 he picked it back up and nearly got Cotto out but i think Cotto done well to hang on.

Mayweather is just a class above everybody he as just the tools to make any fighter look ordinary. No one could ever question Cotto's heart and desire he worked hard but its as though Floyd is just one shot in front of anyone and even when he was being pressured on to the ropes he was finding it hard to land any clean shots. Mayweather is a true Champion he thrives more going offensive than just picking off opponents which he as got heavy criticism for in the past. There is no one in the world today who will beat Floyd he is just to slick, to conditioned and to focused to surrender his 0 for anybody. Larry Merchant's interview technique is Piss poor the quality of questions he asked him was woeful. He tried to dig Floyd out a little which was disrespectful considering the Guy as just fought a tough fight and won clearly.

I thought Cotto looked well. Against Marg and Pacquiao his face was like a blood orange that had been run over by the wheel of a fork lift truck. Had it roughly 8-3 mayweather, 1 even.

Dont get me wrong, i wasn't comparing it to his previous beatings More of an observation of the unusual swelling/discoloration.
