Once again, bless you all for your kind words.
I am now getting the routine sorted, but i will say this, breaking up a marriage does wonders for you if your on a diet.... the pounds just drop off, but i would not recommend it.
Things are slowly coming together and my head is in a much better place.
Also can i just add, my hands are lovely and soft....... and i use aldi washing up liquid and not Fairy.
I will be back

Not having read this thread for some time, I was blissfully unaware of your domestic turmoil. Like many others, I have been there myself, fella, and it's tough at times. I add my own good wishes and hope you are back 'on form' (sounds like you're getting there). Needless to say, you have a considerable network of supporters on this website, who would lend a hand in a heartbeat, myself included.

oh Kev, Just like Bonters i have only just read this. My heart trully goes out to you and as everyone else here has said if there is anything you need, or if you need someone to talk to then please feel free to give me a shout. I have been in that situation but luckily i didnt have children so was able to wallow in my own self pity for a while. It will get better and i have huge respect for you for stepping up and making sure your boys are looked after and giving them some sort of stability. Your a good man Kev, life will get better x
