I do not put any effort into my diet or health and other than the occasional routine of wellman, maybe some neurozone and the occasional garlic tablets I do not take supplements very seriously and I know we all should endevoir to do our best.
Ive always wanted to be a real buff when it comes to health products to know the ins and outs.
For instance most of us know that vitamin E is really good for slowing down aging, and then of course there is all the other letters like b c and d and they do other cool stuff :-)
But thats not even half or a quarter of the story.
Look at this list from mens health and I dont mean to make this a long post but Im hoping with others input a sensible list of standard going people can be made, Im not a sports professional but you dont have to be to take a multivit and a few extra bits.
Any way my point is there is UNTOLD stuff out there that is "ment to be good of you".

Is any one knowledgeable about this subject because it always seems to me that there is always something out there you should be taking and its your fault you did not realise that if you have not been taking x y or z you are more pron to get this or that and....
Tommorow im going to get a box of wellman from boots but I know thats not nearly enough, we could take a course of vit E on top of that easy.

My tips:
1-Dont drink tons of coffee every day and do late nights it catches up and your toast.
2-Drink lots of fresh water.
3-Dont smoke or drink diet drinks or even soda
4-If you ride a bike or your on the roads a lot get a mask to filter out the toxins.
5-Ive found a good product called Prevagen, its pretty awesome for mental clarity if your into clear thinking for work or what ever.
6-allicin c, guy invented way to get the good stuff out garlic. One pill is like eating 36 CLOVES of fresh raw Garlic
