Quigg-Munroe might be for the WBA Interim title but I wouldn't let either anywhere near full champ rigondeaux to be honest

Quigg has sparred with Rigo in the past when Quigg has trained at the Wildcard apparently and not fared too badly by all accounts.

Rigondeaux would mawl Quigg in 2 rounds, ive heard that story too it will be nonsense. Rigo is Untouchable atm.

Rigo got dropped by Cordoba, means jack shit if u get up and win the fight. Quigg's was a flash knockdown against Arthur and he got up and dominated him.

Obviously it's about levels so Quigg has to prove his skills at world level but I wouldn't bet against him being competitive against someone like Rigo, if that is on the horizon once he's dealt with Munroe (another who was competitive in a world title challenge only last year).

Rigo's was a loss of balance from a jab, Quiggs was a hurtful knockdown that shook him badly. Against a better fighter he wouldnt have survived that.

exactly.. comparing arthur to cordoba ?  Huh?

no one beats rigondeaux at this present time if ever.. i mean the guys taken a world title in his 7th or 8th pro fight? is that some sort of a record?

A shock to the system maybe but hardly a hurtful knockdown and he saw the round out easily, besides it happens. If he's sparred with the guy and held his own and I've heard nothing to counter that claim, then he has every chance of being competitive against Rigo or anybody, that's if his abilities translate up to world level. Rigo has done wonderfully to be a world titlist after only 9 fights but how many amateur fights has he had? Plus he isn't getting any younger despite his fledgling pro career so it's hard to imagine his stay at the top lasting for that long.

He has like 247 Amateur fights and won something like 243.

Honestly mate Quigg- Rigondeaux would not be competitive at all Rigondeaux knows every move in the book and is super talented.
