Both Kell and Carson in fantastic shape. I'm looking forward to this one! A good step up for Kell Brook - not too big a step up, a good choice of opponent to prepare for the tougher fights ahead.

Jones looked in tremendous condition there. He looked bang up for it and not remotely phased.

8 losses, only 2 of which by TKO (ref) - his last one was at 150lb+ in the 8th round to Alfonso Gomez in a 8 rounder 6 years ago aged just 19yrs old.
He turned pro aged 17 and is now 25yrs old with 48 fights experience.

That's scary really, you don't see that a lot these days. It's a good opponent for kell and I hope he can continue his ascent. Looking forward to it. |
