To be honest,  I dont know much about him, but he has some reasonable faded names on his resume.

What's his chin like?  Has he ever been knocked down?  Has he ever been in really deep water?

I really fancy Khan to start fast tonight,  depending on Garcia's previous durability I'm tempted to lump on one of the first few rounds.  Danny's been in with some tough fighters, but the speed in which Khan throws his punches will be something new to him and I dont know if he will be able to weather the early storm.

Bar the glass jawed Salita Khan hasn't been destroying anyone at work level. Judah was done with body shots. Garcia has never been down to my knowledge. And Khan can't afford to stay inside for long.

Khans been sitting down on his punches more in training and has being doing a lot of strength work. (down to Haye's old S&C trainer)

His shoulders look a lot bigger to me.

This.  Betting on a Khan KO is a risky bet.

He was also getting tagged more. When Khan stays inside he's more vulnerable. He has shown a better chin at 140lbs but he can still be hurt.
