Yeah, good fight.I hope the Vitali fight does happen.I've always said Haye matches up better against Vitali thean he does Wlad.Vitali's an old man and I think someone with good mobility will give him alot of trouble.

Were both these two a credit to our sport tonight?? I think they were, I never thought I would say that. Ever!

Haye beats Vitali. He's a shadow of his former self. Should be a fun fight to watch though. Damn that fight was good tonight.

good fight, good finish, good post-fight from all

overall a good boost for boxing.

Haye shouldve pulled a hatton and done a ''i think you saw more action those 5-6 rounds than in klitchkos entire career.''

In all seriousness, haye talked the talk and backed it up, I can see vitali wanting to go out on a massive fight and haye is the perfect opponent.

Has to be vitali v Haye next, nothing else makes sense. If those guys dont make it then both should retire.

tbh dont think that fight couldve gone any better.

was competitive and action packed while it lasted, ending was great, both guys aquited themseleves brilliantly.

If say that had been on channel 5, we would be laughing as boxing fans, thats the sort of fight that wouldve reignited the british publics interest with heavyweight boxing and boxing therefore as a whole.

Why do all the good fights happen on obscure channels.

IMO if you come to fight Haye bar landing flush your getting carried out, he's to quick (bit like manny in that respect,)if klitcho fights him he has to use the jab a see out a 12 rd pts decision(bit obvious I know!!) this is the only way i see Wlad winning.
Hopefully this fight will happen otherwise back to the dross we've been watching for the past decade or so.
Haye needs to get under Wlads skin and really push for this fight.
War Haye!!!!!!!

Duno, mate, it hasn't been updated yet, but they'll have to acknowledge it some way or another now that Haye has returned to the Division, which will affect their current Rankings.

Congratulations to David Haye.  World class finish with unerring accuracy.

Chisora went to tatters.  First 4 rounds were good for him (although Haye won them all).  Haye was starting to get tired, was beginning to look slightly clumsy.  In the post fight interview Haye was still gasping for air whilst Chisora was barely sweating.

Not sure why Chisora abandoned what was working for him defensively - have to assume it was a solid shot from Haye.

Not sure why Chisora threw so few body shots - have to assume fear of being countered.

Thought the stoppage was a tad premature, didn't ask Chisora to walk toward him, ref didn't hear the bell (not his fault).  Had he heard the bell, no way the fight ends there.

6th round would have been fascinating.  Given how out of breath Haye was 5 minutes after the fight, I'd speculate a failure to stop Chisora could have been fatal or at least meant he would have been in survival mode 7 through 10.  Lots of ifs and buts and would haves and could haves in that.

Facts are facts.  Down twice, 4,5,6 punch combinations, the final hook was an absolutely peach knocking Chisora silly as he was going down.  Great performance by Haye but Chisora has got to ask himself what he was slapping at with his hands down before both knockdowns, when he was close to being in the ascendency.  Perhaps the occasion got to him and he jumped the gun, getting excited and trying to hit Haye more whilst Haye was still strong.

Great fight, both guys did great, wish it had gone into the 6th.  Some twat in the bar right behind me shouted "w@nker" every 5s and racist slurs at both fighters from the first bell to the last.  Cost me £35 and that guy had £20 on a 5th round KO and won £280, just to rub salt in the wound.

See ya in 6. Grin
