i eat real clean m8 and do the same as u have all my carbs during the day all low gi ones at that but still had that little inch of fat at the lower abs
maybe not been as clued up on my sodium intake as i should though that may be the case ? i like to pack my salads with olives and pickled sh*t which are sky high in sodium so maybe ill have to look at that
Can certainly sympathise about the salads. Especially when cutting they are boring. lol Normally just put a bit of mayo on top or coleslaw. Yeah sodium can be a killer retaining. Damn the salt, why must it taste so good? lol

150-240 miles on a push/exercise bike per week on top of your normal training… Is your name lance or Bradley and do you like the alps?

Bet Harty has some serious piles what a pain in the arse eh? on a serious not enhancers,in any way shape or form eventually wind up being no good for you.you start at one level and rev it up when it starts to not help.I told a college coach that i played baseball for, when he strongly urged me to use "something" to enhance my playing that"in no fookin way would i ever do that and if it means me not playing because you want me too guess where you can stick the bat?"
