What way, are they changing the facts ? i dont read comics mate  ...

I havnt read the comics do I might be wrong but I think it's because Bane was basically a giant freak in the comics??? Can't see the complaints personally because a lot of things are different to the original comics, batman for example is a lot darker now

Yeah basically Bane is supposed to be a 7 ft and 500lb muscular freak...

I think the reason they didn't even attempt to go that far is because this whole Bale batman trilogy has kept everything realistic in terms of there are no super powers or things that can't be explained. That's why we haven't or won't see villains such as Poison Ivy, Mr Freeze or Clayface etc...

If more were to be made in that respect i think The Riddler would be a good choice.

It irks me when people say "but that wasn't in the comics." I can't think of a superhero film, including the original Burton Batman films, where the films have been perfectly adapted. Bane wasn't a 700lb muscular freak because it wouldn't fit in with Chris Nolan's vision that he created. That realistic world. Nearly everything about Bane in the film was different including his origin but Nolan did well with what he had.

That's one of the reasons why I like the batman films rather than most superhero movies, the realism to a point.

Saw it last night and thought it was really good.

Need to watch it on the DBOX seats though, has anyone experienced them yet?

From the clips i've seen.... Bane sounds like winston churchill. I can't take him seriously. Though I will hold judgment until I see the movie.

Yeah that's what we watched it on, used the D-Box at Parrswood.

They're ok, it's basically like being in a simulator for the whole film but the seats vibrate as well as move.

Agree with you there mate, I thought Carey was fairly decent as the Riddler, if ever the franchise was to continue with another film and the Riddler was going to be in it, I'd still say Jim Carey should play the role.

Jack Nicholson was always my fave as the Joker.

Don't get me wrong. Heath was epic as the Joker, but the original will always be my fave.
