How can he just decide he is coming back?

What about the failed test for PED's and the use of coke? Are these just to be swept under the carpet. A disgrace if so.

As far as I know, he is still actually suspended at the moment so would need to get his licence reinstated by the BBBoC before he could fight again (unless he got one from Malta, Latvia, etc).  All the PED stuff is strange though as nothing further seems to have happened since the rumoured failed test.

Taken from an article in the independant today-

The 28-year-old's licence was "suspended pending further investigation" by the British Boxing Board of Control.

He was also charged with a rule violation by UK Anti-Doping after a urine sample from February 2015 showed traces of the banned stimulant nandrolone. He has denied any wrongdoing.

A provisional UKAD suspension was lifted on appeal but Fury faces an anti-doping tribunal, though no date has been set.

Fury has just said that he'll be boxing with an Irish licence from now on as all the BBBoC do is fine him.

Looks like the BUI won't give him a licence either. I'm sure he'll get one somewhere though.
