Speed kills.

I'd very surprised if Bellew is not made to look ordinary and sparked out badly.

If that happens, I hope he's not hurt - but it would be another stark warning about why we have weight divisions !!
This

People must be thinking Haye is way over the hill for Bellew to even have a chance. Apart from the win at Goodison I don't understand what Bellew has ever done to make it look like he belongs at world level at light heavy or cruiser let alone heavyweight

When I put the two fighters together in my head, I see Bellew getting sparked in 1 or two rounds max...

BUT...

Haye hasn't fought in four years (his last two opponents were quick sparring sessions IMO) whilst Bellew is active and sharp...I'm intrigued by how these variables will play out

It's not as if Bellew is a young, fit up and coming fighter though. He's 34 only 2 years younger than Haye.

All the variables in this fight relate to Bellew.  He never fought a world class Cruiserweight.  Haye was a world class cruiserweight and  heavyweight and no matter how long he has been inactive that is a hell of a jump for Bellew.  Even if Haye hadn't fought since he beat Mormeck nearly a decade ago I'd still favour him to win this.

I for one will be placing a 4 digit sum on Haye to win by KO- it is the ONLY outcome of this "fight"

What about Haye's shoulder (which forced his "retirement")? Do you think that could be a variable? Or is it definitely fully recovered? That's the thing about those last two fights, I can't really get a gauge from them

Bet his toes healed up too.

As before, I can't make any case for bellew getting anything but a good kip.

Even though his last two fights have been walkovers he's obviously made it through two full training camps without it being cause for concern so I don't see it presenting an issue on fight night.

I can't see Haye taking this fight unless he was 100% confident he will spark Bellew. His ego couldn't cope with Bellew bragging if he beat him

I really hope he don't win. The thought of Tony Bellew fighting Joshua for a HW world title on PPV would turn me off boxing for life.

More than the Bellew vs Cleverly 3 fight that will probably try and get pushed when they both lose?

Quick question. Are there any other bang average fighters (really European level) out there who have made as much money as Bellew (or will after this Haye farce)?

Audley Harrison - also courtesy in no small part to a ridiculous PPV fight against Haye.
