Legend of a trainer, no other way to describe the man. Huge respect for what he achieved. Thoughts with family and close friends. Passed away this morning peacefully in hospital apparently, 77yrs old.

Dean Francis.... how sad, aged just 44 years old and with a small son. He looked great even during the battle. Thoughts go to his wife, friends & family.

Two british boxing favourites gone.

77 is not old these days but still had a hell of a life I'm sure. He seemed like a good egg and a kind heart despite the game he was in.

I saw the headline about Dean wow 44 now that is sad. Its a cruel life sometimes and dying like that at any age is horrible.

Best wishes to all the family for both outstanding gents.
