Right, i'm thinking of going over to dubai over the christmas period.
I know they are really stricked with random laws.
I have a fair few tattoos -both arms 1/2 sleeved, and others dotted about and no doubt i'll have more coverage before i go out there... whats the score with this? being a woman too? will i need to be covered up? that would be pants!
sounds like a really stupid question but i'd rather not risk it. i've tried looking on the web but its all a bit vague with answers, so i thought i'd ask you fine folks.. any advice?

Dubai is very relaxed in comparision to other middle east countries, most of it is just common sense, all of the hotels have really nice bars and drinking is fine, you wont have to cover up either, certainly not on the beach or by the pool. You may be advised not to walk around in dead skimpy stuff in the street, but thats it. Even during Ramadan they are pretty relaxed there. You have to be an utter tool to get arrested like that couple shagging on the beach
