Anyone heard his new stuff? Thought it was brilliant. Opinions?

I don't know if he is under-rated by many or not but I can't think of many better solo artists or vocalists for that matter

I have watched him live as a solo artist and also I watched the Verve live a couple of years ago. Richard Ashcroft can definately sing live and his new stuff is very good.

Richard doesn't get the accolades he deserves.. The guy in my eyes, is a brilliant song writer and singer! Loved The Verve and love his solo stuff.. up there I beleive with the likes of Noel Gallagher.

I thought it was brilliant which was kinda my reason for sharing. He is singing with a new band but some of the tunes are fantastic and really show off his voice, up there with some of the best stuff he has done and I include the Verve in that

I love the Verve and I like Ashcrofts first solo album however i find him a bit samey these days and have gone off him.
