Kessler: I'll kick Bute's Butt anywhere

Kessler post Froch, is ready to return to action

The war of words between two of the politest boxers in the super middleweight division has took a turn, with Kessler declaring that he would be more than happy to fight Lucian Bute in his hometown.

"Yea, why not?" said Kessler when asked the question by Showtime.

"He can have his hometown. I'll kick his butt anywhere."

Kessler, who has not fought since an all-out war with Nottingham's Carl Froch in April 2010, retired from the Showtime Super Six tournament but hopes to be back in action shortly in a tune up fight against another Canadian, Montrealís Renan St-Juste who is also a southpaw.
