Ivan Calderon questioned over drugs bust

Popular Puerto Rican Minimumweight boxer Ivan Calderon was questioned by police, after a cocaine bust at one of his properties was carried out.

The 36-year old denied any knowledge of the situation to the authorities, claiming that the house was one of a string that he rented out as part of an investment arrangement.

The haul was rumoured to be worth approximately $4m and was carried out following the arrest of an alleged Puerto Rican trafficker who has been charged in Miami with smuggling cocaine into the U.S. through the Dominican Republic.
