Khan offers Peterson 50-50 worldwide revenue

Amir Khan, whom pulled out of an IBF hearing in New Jersey yesterday – has now declared that he will split all monies generated with a Lamont Peterson rematch 50-50 across the board, in an effort to entice the new champion into the ring again.

In a statement they said: “Golden Boy Promotions and Team Khan would agree to a 50-50 split of worldwide revenues derived from a rematch should Mr Peterson agree to participate.”

Peterson however is still awaiting the decision as to whether or not he will be facing Manny Pacquiao, after the rumoured Mayweather fight now seems to be dead in the water again.

In addition, Peterson has began his campaign to have the WBA's 'immediate rematch' ruling to be overturned.
