Tim Coleman paid the price for self-training himself last night, when Kendall Holt found him difficult to miss and stopped "The Pitbull" like a vet.
Starting aggressively and recklessly, he walked onto repeated shots and was quickly in trouble. Holt was patient and watched the holes in Coleman's defence serve themselves up.
Coleman was panting like a heavy smoker inside a few moments of the bout and is unlikely to regain the hype that surrounded him only a couple of years ago, when he was touted as a light-welterweight to watch.
Holt improves to 28-5 (16ko) whilst Coleman drops to 19-3 (5ko).
