Ferocious Carl Froch sparring pictures

Carl 'the Cobra' Froch entered the final stages of sparring in preparation for his impending WBC super middleweight title defence at the Nottingham Arena on the 17th October against American contender, Andre Dirrell.

Froch, who has tightened up his defence and has been training for weeks against left-handed opponents has already fine tuned his body clock to the proposed fighting time of 2am when the fight is due to commence.
