18.04.08 David 'the Hayemaker' Haye splits with Maloney

David Haye is looking to cement his legacy AND his personal fortune by cutting ties with promoter Frank Maloney.

The split, which many had believed had run it's natural course, was said to be amicable between the two parties.

David Haye, who is rumoured to be fighting Hasim Rachman later this year in his second professional fight at Heavyweight has also had his named linked recently to Shannon Briggs who has intimated he would like to fight the Londoner and has no qualms about coming to the Hayemaker's City to make it happen.
