Malignaggi: I Want Hatton Next ! (wins IBF title from N'Dou)

Despite a cut eyelid, the flamboyant American put on a boxing clinic to take away the belt that N'dou never won in the ring.

The IBF title was relinquished by Ricky Hatton and collected by N'dou whom had beaten Ben Rabah in an IBF eliminator in Australia earlier this year.

Paulie stood behind a great jab and used his superior footwork to steal round after round of N'dou. His control of the fight and dominance of his opponent was such that he scored a rare knockdown of N'dou in the 9th round.

Malignaggi, 138 lbs of Brooklyn, New York, won the IBF title by scores of 120-106, 120-106 and 118-108 and is now 22-1, with the only loss to Miguel Cotto.

Meanwhile N'dou, 138 1/4 lbs of Australia, falls to 45-9-1.

"It loooked easier then it was. He made me work all twelve rounds" said Malignaggi. "I want Ricky Hatton. After he is done with Castillo, I want to fight him."

Lou DiBella has also gone on record to call out Ricky Hatton.
